Kitchen-Ceiling

Here's a recap of our kitchen ceilings...

Seams in the ceiling-very noticable.

Very distinct lines from old sheet rock and warped mudding tape.

And now it comes down!

Kitchen-Floor

While ripping up the stove, we go to see what was under the stone on the floor. We saw a "beautiful" floral wall paper? and reminants of a green shag carpet.

John started sanding the wood, trying to see if the floors were really worth saving. As of now, no laminate, going to refinish the floors :)

Kitchen-Woodstove

I met Elise for dinner Tuesday night, and recieved this picture in a text...

And this happened last night. A friend of John's came over with a hand truck, and moved the stove. It is currently on our "side deck"

"Are you taking a picture of me shoving my hole...?"

And while the ceiling is coming down/being mudded, the wall is going up!

I asked if I could drill "a hole". I ended up doing the whole thing :)

Unfortunately, we had a deal not to delete ANY photos.
